Bob (JD; CPA) brings over 40 years of experience in venture capital, business syndication and acquisitions, equity placements, commercial real estate financing, and financial and tax advisory services. He has assisted in the facilitation of almost one-half billion dollars in funding for commercial and residential real estate. Bob is on the Board of Trustees of the University of Southern Nevada, the Advisory Board of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, and the International Board of Advisors for the American Council of Young Political Leaders. He currently serves as President of the NV Chapter of Financial Executives International.

Bill (JD; MBA) has 30 years of experience in debt and equity funding, business reorganizations and turnarounds (as CEO and as advisor), mergers and acquisitions, and advisory services. He served as a partner (corporate finance) in Deutsche Bank Alex Brown, as a Deputy District Attorney in Los Angeles, CA, a lecturer in entrepreneurship at Harvard Business School, and a professor of business management at UNLV. Bill is a member of YPO and the California Bar Association.

Foster has more than 40 years of experience in investment banking, financial management, real estate development, and commercial and residential financing. He managed over $450 million for his clients as a portfolio manager for Bankers Trust, Lionel D Edie, Continental Insurance, Bache & Co., and March S.A. (Geneva, Switzerland). Foster also founded and managed Pacific Coast Mortgage, a business that he grew to become the largest mortgage broker in the state of Arizona. He recently served as President of Anthem Country Club.

He has advised the World Bank, the Internal Revenue Service (CFO office), multinational corporations, and the U.S. Congress. Adam also served as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton (a global management consultancy) and managed an investment company in Eastern Europe. He serves on the Board of Regents of the Fund for American Studies.
